Month at the Museum – The Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago has a contest for called Month at the Museum, where the winner must live for an entire month at the museum, without leaving the museum and with minimal outside contact. People who do, or have worked in the museum cannot apply. So Katie could apply, but it might make her museum jealous.

The Feminist Hulk did an interview with Ms. Magazine, and Millie still can’t stop snickering.

This may be old news, but given Millie’s propensity to shove produce to the back of the fridge, only to forget about it until it’s gone dodgy (a typical exclamation: “I still have beans! ….. wait, maybe not.”) Still Tasty is an invaluable resource. A huge database of food shelf lives should be able to help in those borderline sketchy situations.

This is a really thought-provoking post on the commodification of blogging. It’s not about fashion blogging specifically, but there’s a lot that applies to fashion blogging as much as any other sort of blogging. The linked post within it about branding is well worth a read too.

David Tenant Dancing to The Smiths – Combining Katie and Millie’s love of both David Tennant (of Dr. Who fame) and The Smiths is very, very awesome. And if you haven’t seen David Tenant play Hamlet opposite Patrick Stewart’s Claudius, go and find a copy of it now.
