Is your job always awesome, or only occasionally?
That is probably the most awesome thing I have been to lately. My job involves a lot of reference desk hours and sifting through catalogues and blogs to keep up with current books in publication. So I would say occasionally. This was some pretty good swag.
Chels definitely wins for getting the good stuff. At museum conferences we just get a lot of pens.
She totally does. The best free stuff we get at conferences is coffee and danishes.
Hey, NOW I know that there is a book for the Cannon Rebel that I need to look for LOL.
Ok my new Cannon is the lesser model one step backwards (the 500D) but I have so much to learn on the thing and I haven’t even made a start.
Books are ALWAYS are great haul to find… and free from a conference???

It was actually more like a meeting. I have only flipped through that book for a minute, but it seems informative, but quite text heavy.
