Happy Haul-idays

The Interrobangs love us some books! Luckily, Chronicle Books is giving away $500 worth of books to one lucky blogger, and one commenter (remember to provide your email address in case we all win!). Unfortunately, this giveaway is limited to the United States, which caused Chelsie some disappointment. But Katie’s happy! Below, are is our resident librarian’s qualified selections of fashion, decorating, crafting and cooking books… and maybe a couple history selections.

  1. All we have to do is leave our name and email address? Sweet. You ladies have some awesome taste in books.

  2. That’s such a great idea! And I’m so geekily happy to see a gluten-free cookbook in that list!

    • My Dad has celiac, so I do a little butt dance whenever I see gluten-free foods in the store, because the recent prevalence of gluten free foods makes his diet easier to navigate.

  3. For you, anything.

  4. $500 worth of books? Is this a joke? Is this a tease to the nerds of the internets? If I won $500 worth of books I’d probably quit my job, leave my place in my program, and spend the rest of my life meticulously planning which books I’d choose and then reading them over and over again until I got sick of my own good fortune of having won them.

I might cry. In a good way.

  5. Also, just in case my WordPress signature isn’t enough, here’s my e-mail address typed out all official like:

  6. ooooh me, me, me… i saw titles i would love, and some to give to my sisters.
