I’m kinda sad about this launch! My inner twelve-year-old/Bradbury fan is bummed out that the space age seems to be over.
Try yelling at the moon. It’ll help.
I’m not so sure it is over, though it’s certainly shifting. There’s another mission to Mars planned for launch later this year, and there’s still plenty of rockets and stuff being launched by NASA. The Russian space agency still operate the Soyuz spacecraft, and there’s been calls for Canada to develop our own manned spacecraft (notably from a former astronaut). But yeah, end of an era for sure.
