I’m going wedding dress exploring on Saturday, and I’m taking bets on how long I last before singing this song.
She’s the pink of perfection from her prissy pink nose
To her custard complexion & eleven pink toes
With a chin like a prune
She’s a dainty baboon…

You’ll need a sense of humor. Take moral support and enjoy!
I second Terri’s suggestion on moral support – it’s a huge help having a second (and third, and fourth…) pair of eyes! I went a couple weeks ago, and it was actually pretty fun. But I’m also glad it’s over
Enjoy it!
I’m going with my mum and dad, which should work well. In fact, my dad was the one who took me prom dress shopping, so he and I have a history of finding pretty dresses together.
I just found your blog, and you are my new favorite person. I don’t know anyone outside of my family who has seen Summer Magic. I’m glad you made it through, and didn’t go crazy with the dresses. I think the consultants are used to being driven crazy. I sang Monster Mash to mine when she put me in a dress that made me look like either a mummy, or a full body burn victim. It. Was. Not. Cute.
